Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order in 24 hours ,Unless the item is marked as shipped.

Customer cannot cancel the order after the item is shipped.

For Cancelling an order customer can either do it from their order section or else can Call Customer service at 9242130409 .You can also drop a mail to info@powerwaves.inwith your order id for Cancellation.

Return Policy

We have a customer friendly return policy ,we accept 15 days of free returns (Only In case of damage/defective or wrong Product received).

All Products carry 3 days of Powerwaves  Assurity,within which any defect or other technical issues faced in product is liable for a free replacement, any issue face after this time frame is still liable for the replacement by the Brand(Under Warranty).
